I2P (Invisible Internet Project) is a privacy-focused, anonymous overlay network that allows users to communicate, browse, and share information in a way that conceals their identities and locations. It achieves this by routing data through a series of encrypted tunnels across volunteer-operated nodes, protecting traffic from surveillance and tracking. I2P is often used for anonymous websites (known as “eepsites”), secure messaging, and private file sharing.
