P2SH stands for "Pay to Script Hash." It is a type of Bitcoin transaction that allows a sender to fund a transaction to the hash of a redeem script (rather than directly to a public key). The actual spending conditions are only revealed when the funds are spent, which enables more complex transaction types (like multisignature or time-locked transactions) while keeping the on-chain transaction smaller and more private until redemption.
