Pablo Escobar

Pablo Escobar was a Colombian drug lord and the leader of the Medellín Cartel, one of the most powerful criminal organizations in history. Active primarily during the 1970s and 1980s, he became one of the wealthiest and most notorious figures in the global cocaine trade. Escobar was also involved in politics and various philanthropic activities in Colombia, but his operations led to extreme violence and widespread corruption before his death in 1993.
