CoinJoin is a privacy‑enhancing technique for Bitcoin transactions that allows multiple participants to combine their payments into a single transaction with multiple inputs and outputs. This makes it more difficult for external observers to determine which inputs correspond to which outputs, thereby improving transactional privacy without requiring changes to the Bitcoin protocol itself.
