Международные Воды

"Международные воды" (translated as "international waters") refers to areas of the sea that are not under the jurisdiction of any one country. These waters lie beyond the territorial seas of states, typically beyond 12 nautical miles from a nation's coastline. In international waters, no single nation has sovereignty, and activities are governed by international law, primarily under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
